Colorado Springs Youth Symphony Association
The Colorado Springs Youth Symphony Association is a non-profit organization which provides for the artistic and educational development of young people within the Pikes Peak region by offering high quality and diverse musical experiences which enrich the cultural environment of the community. The Association has six different musical groups which span the various levels of ability from beginner to advanced musicians.

Rich Currier is the co-founder of the local Colorado band, BadDogs. Rich is the lead vocals for the band, and also plays the pedal steel guitar, electric and acoustic guitar.

Keeping Sanity is a local Colorado band. Their sound has been best described as: an operatic drama played out through hushed vocals. They have gained a solid local fanbase in their hometown Woodland Park, Colorado.
Ray Khan is a personal fitness trainer and the owner and founder of Kickfit Athletics in Denver, Colorado. He developed the Kick-Fit workout, a combination of fight and flight multidimensional exercise that combines boxing-kickboxing-plyometrics and weights for the ultimate upper and lower body workout with an adrenaline rush. Ray has received national recognition as one of Americas Top 100 Trainers by Mens Journal in 2004 and 2005, and he was featured in the October 2005 issue of IDEA Fitness Journal. He is the author of The Kickfit Workout.

Red and the Boys formed as part of a larger folk group and have performed together since 1998. Their music includes primarily 50's and 60's folk music, some 50's and 60's Rock-n-Roll ballads, as well as their own original music. Red and the Boys are John Reid (banjo, guitar and vocals), Alice Whalen (percussion and lead vocals) and Tom Whalen (guitar and vocals).
Springboard Records is an independent label in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In 2004 it released the 17-song debut CD, "Write Now," by Tru G. Colorado rap artist Tru G (aka Ryan Gaddy) is no ordinary 20-year-old. He was bitten by the rap music bug at an early age and has been writing and recording his own rap songs since age 12.

Tom Taylor (Composer and Guitarist)
Tom Taylor is an internationally known guitarist and composer located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and one of the winners of Musician Magazine's "Best Unsigned Band" contest. His winning entry, a fast fusion tune called "Aubade," appears on the self-produced album, THE CROSSING, and is described as "the hardest tune I ever had to record" by mandolin virtuoso Grisman. When Tom's full orchestral arrangement of "Big Basin Breakdown" (also from THE CROSSING and described as "an amazing piece" by Christopher Wilkins, conductor of the San Antonio Symphony) received its European premier, it brought down the house at the famed Hercules and Prinzregenten theatres in Munich, Germany. Its catchy blend of jazz, bluegrass and baroque melodies received a 5-minute standing ovation!
