FINE & PERFORMING ARTS

Alpine River Glassworks

Jannine Crowley is the principal and the artist behind Alpine River Glassworks. She has been lamp working Italian soft glass for six years, full time. She is self taught, but would love to have the opportunity someday to study with some of the best in the world, learn more about glass, and refine her glass techniques. She currently teaches classes at the Bemis School of Art in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and offers one-day workshops at Bonnie’s Beads in Old Colorado City, Colorado.

“Taking on a new business venture with a new product, my business partner and I are so pleased with our decision to entrust Brenda with our vision and our legal needs. She involves herself with your situations, and applies herself with encouragement and knowledge. We were relieved to find a lawyer with knowledge and experience of the importance of the arts in the community. As a full time (and then some) artist, juggling the business and the artistic side of “running your own show” can be overwhelming and frightening. Through her strong show of support and encouragement, I would recommend Brenda Speer as a valuable resource and an asset to any company.”

Cherished Solutions, llc

Cherish Flieder is an illustrator with an enthusiasm for children’s publishing. Cherish creates delightful and wholesome child-oriented imagery that illuminates and enriches the lives of her young audiences. Based on the needs of her clients, Cherish closely integrates her expertise of traditional painting methods and digital pre-press technology to supply print-ready, color accurate files. Her conceptual illustrations generally follow a mixed media technique utilizing traditional watercolors, oil paints, pastels, and colored pencils to achieve a unique level of vibrancy. Cherish happily pursues her love for art at the foot of the beautiful Rocky Mountains with her husband, illustrator Benjamin Hummel.

Tom McElroy (Atomic Elroy)

Atomic Elroy is a time based media artist working in video installation and performance, and a combination of all three. Elroy considers himself an Art Humorist using a self mocking approach to all artistic values and standards. An anti-artist. Never quite knowing if he is involved in self parody, or just frustrated with the art world's pedantic nature, he always goes for the humor. Don't you?

Kerstin Stock (Wyo-Cowgirl)

Kerstin Stock is an artist based in Salida, Colorado. The theme of her artwork is cowgirls which are depicted on jewelry, greeting cards, checks and t-shirts.
